Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 2 business days. We require a physical address for delivery. Shipping includes tracking and a signature is required on delivery unless you have given us authority to leave without signature.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that MENA is not liable for any delay in delivery. We have limited control over delivery times and recommend phoning the carrier listed on your email notification. Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay or loss once in the hands of a shipping party.
We take no responsibility for charges incurred at receivers end after sending the parcel as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

New Zealand - $7 flat rate, free shipping for orders over $150, 2-4 working days. Waiheke Island $35.00
Australia - $20 flat rate, free shipping for orders over $300. 3-5 working days
South Pacific - Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands - $40, 4-5 working days
USA, UK, Europe, East Asia - $50, 4-5 working days
