We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However we will refund full price items purchased online provided it is in original and unworn condition. Items that appear to have been laundered will not be eligible for a refund. Item must be received within working 10 days from receipt of goods.
Sale Items items can be only be returned for a credit note or exchange. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your MENA garment to prolong the life of it.
Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns on the purchase and use of garments, we may restrict or refuse refunds or future orders.
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another item. An item may only be exchanged once. We will cover the cost of posting the exchanged item however you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Item must be sent via tracked post.
We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost return packages sent to us without proof of delivery. We advise you insure your return package.
